Pijakbumi was born as a sustainable fashion brand focusing on shoes and leather goods with the vision to redefine fashion into a sustainable and responsible one for better future. The very first time we run our vision, Pijakbumi is better known for using vegetable-tanned leather as our choice for making our shoes. It’s the only leather naturally processed without any dangerous waste to the environment. Vegetable-tanned leather has unique natural tan color and smooth texture, those characteristics you won’t find in any chemically-tanned leather. Today we widen our gaze to continue the experiment with other sustainable materials with one goal in mind: making sustainable lifestyle cool for world society.
