Heesung Choi

Heesung Choi has years of experience in design—starting her career at Rag&Bone and most recently helming design at Public School—however it’s her off-duty life that’s at the core of Seven All Around. Originally from Seoul, Korea and now based in Manhattan, New York, every time Heesung returned to her hometown, she found herself obsessively hunting down a sandal her mother had discovered in a market there years ago. She realized that comfort and versatility couldn’t be found anywhere else, and she also knew shoes just like these—with a few stylish tweaks—deserved a place in every woman’s closet. So she went to work perfecting a line based entirely around this idea: shoes that can go from morning to night seamlessly, effortlessly and comfortably. An elusive mix that, while it seemed every woman searched for, was exceedingly difficult to find.
